Encino Hillside house

The Encino Residence is a second home on a single lot, made possible by the advantages of SB9. It’s situated on the lower portion of a steep slope. This slope allowed the house to be split into three staggered volumes. The first volume contains the parking area and storage. The middle volume houses the living area, kitchen, and deck, which connect seamlessly to the backyard pool and terrace. The upper volume contains the bedrooms, offering captivating views of the Encino hillside. The house is a minimalist, cubic modern design that blends beautifully with the topography and the steep hillside.
